Shopping on Amuze is quick and easy. We offer new daily collections that are available for 24 hours only. Once a collection expires it is no longer accessible.
You can also shop directly through our Instagram Stories at @amuzeinc, where we feature a curated selection of products each day.
Items are returnable for Amuze credit only and must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.
At Amuze, all items are sourced exclusively from authorized multi-brand boutiques throughout Europe. We do not work with third-party sellers, ensuring every item we offer is 100% authentic.
Items ship anywhere from 1-10 business days.
Before placing an order please make sure everything is correct as we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed.
If you choose the insurance option, you are covered in the event that your item is lost or stolen in transit. Depending on availability, you will receive either a replacement or a refund.
Please note the insurance is not valid in the following cases:
- You authorize the carrier to deliver your package when you are not present.
- Your item shows as delivered but you did not notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- A stolen item is delivered to the same address again.
- Packages are left in a mailroom or communal delivery area.
- Packages are shipped to a forwarding service.
